STAY CALM

If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.

REDUCE BLEEDING

Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure with your by biting down on the gauze.

CONTROL SWELLING

Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

Dr. Chloe Mirick

Dr. Chloe Mirick was born and raised in Washington, growing up just 20 minutes away from Rooted Dentistry in Kent, WA. She is a proud Husky and was thrilled to earn both her Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!). Her passion for dentistry began at an early age and grew throughout her eight years at UW. In addition to focusing on her education, Dr. Chloe enjoyed volunteering at the Seattle Union Gospel Mission where she provided free dental care to the homeless population in Seattle. Dr. Chloe also participated in several Dental Mission Trips to Guatemala where she was able to serve rural communities lacking access to basic dental care. Dr. Chloe's passion within the dental field is focused around the union of orthodontics and esthetics. Improving both the function and look of a patient's smile and seeing them walk away with renewed confidence is one of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry for her. Post-graduation, Dr. Chloe has dedicated countless hours of her time towards continuing education courses focusing on Invisalign, implantology, conservative restorative techniques, and esthetic Bioclear bonding. She believes that dentistry should be comfortable, minimally invasive, and beautiful all at the same time.
